Fresh ingredients, from the sea and the land

The dishes are made with fresh ingredients, much of it produced in the region itself by fishermen and locals who live from catching shrimp, fish and other seafood. Those ingredients reach the kitchen and become signature dishes or bold reinterpretations. Following the season and the day's catch, the menu breathes with the beach and what's fresh is what reaches the table.
